Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the NutriPaw mobile application ("App") operated by NutriPaw ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NutriPaw, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NutriPaw is a pet nutrition tracking application that provides:

• AI-powered food analysis and nutritional information
• Meal logging and nutrition tracking
• Personalized feeding recommendations
• Health reports and analytics
• Multi-pet profile management

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Free Trial: New users may receive a 5-day free trial of Premium features.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the App Store. Prices are in HKD unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Upload malicious content or viruses
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the App to harass or harm others

6. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: NutriPaw is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. The App provides general nutritional information and should not be used to diagnose or treat medical conditions in pets.

• Always consult a veterinarian for health concerns
• AI analysis is for informational purposes only
• Feeding recommendations are guidelines, not prescriptions
• We are not liable for health outcomes based on App usage

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and trademarks, is owned by NutriPaw and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (pet photos, logs, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it for providing and improving our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
